Fatal Single Vehicle Crash in West Spokane County
Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash in the 8700 block of S. Craig Rd. The adult male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. Â
Early this morning at approximately 3:15 a.m., Deputies responded to the report of a vehicle that had left the roadway, rolled, and came to rest in a ditch on its top.
Spokane County Fire District 3 responded, extricated the male driver and immediately began life-saving efforts.  Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Investigators were called to the scene to continue the investigation into this fatal crash and what occurred prior to it.
The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the name of the driver, along with the cause and manner of death at a later date, when appropriate to do so.
