INCIDENT NARRATIVE:Â Â Â Craddick was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of interstate 90 at milepost 46.2 near Pinehurst, ID. She collided head on with James who was traveling westbound. Craddick succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The roadway was blocked for three hours. Next of kin has been notified.”
