November 23rd, 2015 — November 30th 2015

2015-LLPD-1027

On 11/23/2015 at 11:19 P.M. LLPD responded to the 25000 block of E. Appleway Ave. for a suspicious circumstance. An Officer observed the side shop door and gate were open. Contact was attempted

with the responsible party. However, they could not be reached. The premises were secured and the officer cleared the location.

2015-LLPD-1028

On 11/23/2015 at 11:06 A.M. LLPD responded to the 1300 block of N. Liberty Lake Rd. for a theft.

Complainant reported a female subject had stolen from the location. An Officer made contact with the subject who reported she had just been in the location but realized she didn’t have enough money for the items so had left them in the store. The Officer returned to the store to speak with the complainant who reported watching the video and observing the female place thp empty boxes near the alcohol, then leave the store. Due to the surveillance not showing the items b+ng placed in the subject’s pockets, the complainant reported they were unable to prosecute. The subject was

trespassed from the location.

On 11/23/2015 at 12:56 P.M. LLPD responded to the 21000 block of E. Country Vista for a theft.

Complainant reported furniture that had been sitting on the patio of her business had been stolen.

Estimated loss of the items is $125.

On 11/24/2015 at 1:17 P.M. LLPD responded to the 23000 block of E. Broadway Ave. for a fraud.

Complainant reported someone had used her debit card fraudulently to purchase $75 in items.

On 11/24/2015 at 7:31 P.M. LLPD responded to the 23000 block of E. Riverside Ave. for a welfare check. Complainant reported that she believed her son was being abused. On contact, Officers observed nothing to lead them to believe any form of abuse had taken place.

2015-LLPD-1032

On 11/24/2015 at 3:54 P.M. LLPD responded to the 1800 block of N. Willamette Rd. for an alarm. An Officer checked the location and secured the home.

2015-LLPD-1033

On 11/25/2015 at 12:43 P.M. LLPD responded to the 24000 block of E. Valley Ave. for a road rage incident. Complainant reported a pickup with one headlight was doing brodies on the golf course.

An Officer checked the location and no one was observed to be in the area.

2015-LLPD-1034

On 11/27/2015 at 3:28 P.M. LLPD responded to the 24000 block of E. Maxwell Ave. for a golf cart vs. fence. Complainant reported 4 teens driving the cart were observed striking the fence of a nearby home and causing damage. An Officer responded and attempted contact with the homeowner who

was not home. Damage to the fence and golf cart appeared to be non reportable.

2015-LLPD-1035

On 11/29/2015 at 1:18 A.M. LLPD responded to the 23000 block of E. Settler Dr. for criminal mischief. Complainant reported someone had thrown a large rock through her front window causing $500 in damage.

2015-LLPD-1036

On 11/29/2015 at 3:37 A.M. LLPD responded to the 24000 block of E. Spotted Owl Lane for a welfare check. Complainant called to report children may have been left home alone at the location. Upon contact, it was determined no children were home.

2015-LLPD-1037

On 11/29/2015 at 4:21 P.M. LLPD responded to the 22000 block of E. Prestwick for a citizen dispute. Complainant reported his father had choked him. An Officer arrived and after speaking to both parties involved and a witness, could not determine if an assault had taken place. The complainant was transported to another location for the evening.

2015-LLPD-1038

On 11/29/2015 at 10:11 P.M. LLPD responded to a noise complaint at the 24000 block of E. Spotted Owl Lane. Complainant reported her neighbor was playing loud music. Upon contact, an Officer heard no music coming from the location. Complainant reported she’d called due to her neighbor reporting multiple “”bunk calls”” in on her. The complainant was advised she should contact management.

2015-LLPD-1039

On 11/29/2015 at 11:40 P.M. LLPD responded to the 24000 block of E. Spotted Owl Lane for a welfare check. Complainant called to report her daughter was told by a neighbor she’d left her children home alone. Upon checking the location, the children were not found to be at the location alone. 2015-LLPD-1040 (voided)

2015-LLPD-1041

On 11/30/2015 at 6:58 A.M. LLPD responded to the 19000 block of E. Broadway Ave. for an alarm. The premises were checked and secured.

Kailey D. Roberts was arrested on 11/25/2015 at 12:31 P.M. at N. Barker and E. Maxwell for DWLS.

2015-LLPD-1043

Gareth D. Heizer was arrested on 11/25/2015 at 2:45 P.M. at Westbound 1-90 for DWLS.

2015-LLPD-1044

Bryon R. Au was arrested on 11/25/2015 at 8:19 P.M. at N. Barker and E. Boone for DWLS.

2015-LLPD-1045

Joshua N. Rucker was arrested on 11/29/2015 at 10:56 A.M. at Westbound 1-90 for DWI—S.
