The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the individual who was found in the parking lot at 2301 W. Wellesley, Spokane WA on June 22, 2015.

Name: Warren R. Lively

Age: 32

The manner of death is still pending investigation in coordination with the Spokane Police Department.
