Spokane News was on scene at the 6700 block of east 4th. One 17 year old male subject with felony warrant refused to come out and give up. A warrant was on scene for suspects arrest and to search the home. As time when on and repeated request for suspect to exit the residence, flash bangs were used and SWAT team members and K9 Enzo entered the residence. A short time later suspect was brought out in cuffs and placed in a waiting patrol vehicle.
