Spokane Fire Department responded to 3200 West for a Technical Rescue. Spokane News was on scene and this video is the Rescue. We were advised a female fell off the cliff down the bank to near the water. It was stated at the time unknown how the incident happened. She was transported to the Hospital with unknown injuries.
