This is a horrible shock. I saw and visited with Charlie at the swap meet at the fairgrounds. At 4pm 10 of us enjoyed dinner at “The Europa” in downtown Spokane. I was sitting next to Charlie at dinner. This is a huge loss and I will personally miss him a great deal.
