INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Johnson was traveling northbound on US95 near milepost 470 when he began slowing to make a left hand turn in to the New Song Bible Church. Murray was travelling northbound as well, slowing down behind Johnson. Frey was also traveling northbound US95 and failed to notice that Johnson and Murray had slowed. Frey rear-ended Murray causing Murray to strike Johnson before being pushed into the southbound lane in front of Adams who was traveling southbound on US95. Murray and Adams then collided head-on. All of US95 was blocked for approximately two hours.”
