Spokane Public Schools offers the USDA School Meal program which provides nutritious meals, including breakfast and lunch, for all of our students. Students and families can participate in the meal program and qualify for free or reduced-price meals.
Thursday, Oct. 13, is the last day SPS students can receive a free or reduced-price meal on last year’s meal application. On Friday, Oct 14, those students who were on the meal program last year, and have not yet turned in a new meal application, will be changed to paid meal status. Applications must be received and processed prior to Oct. 13 to ensure uninterrupted meal benefits.
