On 03/09/16 at 1431 hours, US Bank branch inside Albertson’s at 1304 N Liberty Lake Rd was robbed and an unknown amount of cash was taken. Suspect is a white male with a dark beard, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes, medium build. He entered the store and then approached the teller and displayed a note, no weapon was implied. The teller cooperated and the suspect left the store and went south out of the store. A witness followed the suspect who entered a smaller compact newer white car partial Washington license plate AX(unknown last digits) and was last seen eastbound on Country Vista Dr. The witness gave chase to the vehicle and flagged down a police officer. A search of the area with the assistance of the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and Spokane Valley Police, and Spokane County Sheriff’s Office K9 did not locate the suspect.
